Canaccord Genuity Acquisition Corp. is a special purpose acquisition corporation incorporated under the laws of the Province of Ontario for the purpose of effecting an acquisition of one or more businesses or assets, by way of a merger, amalgamation, arrangement, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or any other similar business combination involving the Corporation. Its efforts to identify a target business will not be limited to a particular industry or geographic region. The Corporation intends to focus primarily on acquiring companies with an enterprise value between $50 million and $250 million. However, it is possible that the enterprise value of the qualifying acquisition will be higher or lower than intended.
